Why might a public Reel fail?
Instagram can block automated access even when a Reel is public. Deleted, private, restricted, and inaccessible Reels cannot be processed.
Does it transcribe captions burned into the video?
No. This tool listens to the audio; it does not extract words that appear only in the picture.
