These beta terms describe the current tool and need review for the final operating company and launch jurisdiction before a public release.
Eligible links
Use public TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts only when you have the right to access and transcribe them. Do not submit private links or use the tool to infringe another person's rights.
Service limits
Supported videos must be accessible to the server and fit within the current duration and size limits. Availability and speech recognition accuracy vary by source, language, sound quality, and platform access. Review transcripts before relying on them.
Accounts and free allowance
An account receives three successful free transcriptions total. You must use an email address you control, although we do not verify it. Creating extra accounts or automating requests to evade limits is prohibited. Access may be throttled to protect the service.
Paid access
Payments and subscriptions are not live. Prices shown on the site are plans under consideration, not a current purchase offer.

ClipVerba is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, Meta/Instagram, or YouTube/Google.
